Well, we have a Marvel Cinematic Universe thread, so I thought I'd make one for DC. Who's excited for the new DCU?
I haven't gotten to excitement levels yet, but I am curious to see how James Gunn's Superman Legacy will perform once it comes out next year. Though I feel they're putting too many heroes in it and it's a bit early for Supergirl to be in it, but I digress. I've liked some of the images I've seen so far and hope it does well. It'd be nice to have a successful DC Cinematic Universe for a change. Especially now that Marvel is starting to lack in quality for a lot of people it's time for DC to take advantage as real competition to Marvel.
Discuss.

There's way too many heroes in the new Superman movie. WB is still too eager to catch up to Marvel. If they'd just take a minute and slow down, then they would be better off. With that being said I'm still bitter with the recasting of Henry. Yes he was a darker take on Superman, but it made him feel a bit more grounded. I would of loved to have seen Zack Synder's Justice League trilogy complete.
And that warehouse scene in Batman V Superman. *CHEF'S KISS* Batman never looked so dangerous. It was like watching an Arkham game in real life. Bursting through the wall. "ILL KILL HER BELIEVE ME ILL DO IT." "I believe you." *Bang* *Explosion*........ I'm a very simple man.

I feel a bit optimistic after seeing the Crisis cartoon. However live action I think needs something different. I like the Superman TV show a lot more then any new movie
